Visual inspection (level 1) is a qualitative assessment technique that may determine if a stormwater treatment practice is malfunctioning. Data analysis techniques for visual inspection are provided in the Filtration, Infiltration, Sedimentation, and Biological practices sections, under Visual Inspection, in the sections titled, “Scheduling Maintenance.” No additional methodology for data analysis of visual inspection is necessary.
